Welcome to the BMG Family Physicians Group Foundation. We put your family’s health and well being first. If you live in the metro area, you can request an appointment at one of our offices for a health and well being consultation.
We provide the latest healthcare information for families like yours. We strive to offer the best advice and most current news to keep your family as healthy and safe as possible.
The Family Physicians Group is a Medical Home practice. The Medical Home is an approach to health care that places you in the center of the care. It’s a comprehensive form of care that facilitates a partnership between you, your physicians, specialists, nurses and other medical staff. The result is a higher quality of care, with improved communication and coordination of care with your primary care physician (PCP). So, why is this important?
Appointments are scheduled during regular office hours, which are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday, and from 8:30 AM to Noon on Saturdays. Saturday appointments are reserved for acute illnesses or injuries only. Our Practice utilizes a Centralized scheduling system, which we created for the convenience of our patients to access one telephone number for all locations. On occasion you may experience a slight delay due to a high volume of calls that typically occurs after a weekend, in particular on Monday mornings between 8:30AM - 10:30AM. We are confident this system will serve your needs. A physician on our team is On-Call seven day a week, twenty-four hours a day to handle any urgent crisis that may arise.
BMG Family Physicians Group works closely with area employers in meeting their needs for worker’s compensation injuries and pre-employments physicals with drug screening. Our Physical Therapist, Susuan Ruch, graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 1998 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She has had extensive manual therapy training and has completed a personal training certifiations with NASM. She has also participated in endurance athletics i.e. Ironman, marathons, and was a volleyball player in college. Susan has treated patients in the outpatient orthopaedics setting since she graduated.
All routine prescriptions are refilled during Office Hours only. Please allow us 24 hours to call in your medications. After this time, you may check with your pharmacist to see if your prescription is ready. Any calls received after 3:00PM will not be processed until the next working day unless deemed urgent by our medical staff. If your request is denied, we will attempt to call you.
PLEASE NOTE: Refill requests are accepted ONLY from the patient via telephone nurse call or the MyChart app. We do not accept refill requests from the pharmacy.

In March 2020, we diagnosed our first case of COVID-19. We want to take this opportunity to thank our Healthcare Heroes who've stayed here through the pandemic to help provide our patients with the highest quality care and have worked countless hours to ensure your health and safety. This edition of Heroes recognizes our Clinic staff and Providers. While they could have taken easier jobs, their dedication to our patients make them our Heroes and they deserve our appreciation and recognition. They are the Heart of Baptist. Take a moment to get to know our team at FPG.
